Integration Consultant III

 

Resources being considered for the Integration Consulting role must demonstrate they can communicate clearly and read-write to spec.  If required, resources will be expected to work nonstandard hours in support of project deadline/go lives.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

1.    Work with implementation team to provide support around integration/customization requirements in HRMS Full Suite, benefit provider integration and custom web pages.

2.    Resources will have to be able to communicate clearly and be able to read specs.

3.    Resources will work closely with Project Managers and Integration Team Leader, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget.

4.    Resources will be required to work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution (HR, Time & Attendance and Payroll, for example), as well as product integration, and/or custom solutions. The position requires experience with Kronos or competitive products, providing some domain expertise.

5.    Integration Consultants will be required to demonstrate expertise in Crystal, SQL, and Microsoft Reporting (SSRS and RDL).

  1. Resources will be creating and reading of stored procedures, case statements, effective dating, select statement and write parameters, complex joins and create views.
  2. Comfort with aspx and asp pages.
  3. IC must be comfortable linking database values to our integration module.
  4. Additionally this person will become proficient with Kronos applications and contribute in the support of client systems as needed

Additional skills

Experience with workflow is a plus, Experience with Kronos WIM, Kronos Connect, People Tools, SQR and Application Engines.

·       Over all 3 to 5 yrs of experience.

·       Minimum of 3 Years experience in the implementation of Kronos (or other HRMS Full Suite Solutions) software solutions
