You will be a permanent employee of Outworks & will be sitting at client premises XAVIENT Software Solutions, Bangalore. Primary/Mandatory skills : * Atleast 5 years of implementation experience in HRMS modules including Core HR, Self Service, iRecruitment, Learning Management, Payroll, Talent and Compensation Management for atleast two legislation. * Must have prior exposure to AIM methodology or similar implementation methodologies. * Must have developed business solutions including developing process documents, BR-100, go-live checklists and configuration activities * Prior experience configuration Oracle HR system is must * Must be a team player and Flexible to work extended hours based on project requirement Location: Bangalore Yrs of Exp: 5+ Yrs **** Salary best in Industry ..!!!
