JOB DESCRIPTION: Oracle Apps HRMS Consultants- Technical , Functional , Technofunctional Base Location: Ahmedabad/Pune /Any where in India (As per candidate"s preference) Onsite Location: UAE/Qatar/Saudi Arabia/Bahrain/Oman/UK Experience: 2+ yrs Desired Candidate Profile:- * Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements * Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client's unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit. * Capable of defining, architecting and re-engineering business processes. * Knowledgeable about the Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates and method and able to setup the system to meet the desired business process and requirements. * Adept at working with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts, integration and acceptance testing. * Should have handled at least two Implementation projects * Should have sound functional knowledge of Oracle Apps HRMS. * Should have experience in R12.
