Tenure ( short term/long term) (6 Months) (with possible extension to 3 months) Skills Project-IT Business Analyst for ICS Additional Experience: • Minimum of 6 yrs experience in configuration and customization of the Oracle HRMS. • Being a subject matter expert will be required in the Oracle HRMS module. • Should have experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Release 12 HRMS / Payroll on a minimum of 2 implementations in the capacity of a techno functional consultant. • Excellent knowledge of Oracle HRMS Self Service Functionality – Employee Self Services and Manager Self Services. • Capable of offering functional and technical solutions to enable HR team to effectively use functionality of the Oracle HRMS functionality by assessing existing use versus business needs and identify gaps. • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. • Should possess the ability to train and mentor key users on Oracle HRMS functionality. • Should possess the ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements. • Good knowledge of Oracle AIM methodology and process mapping tools. Additional Qualifications: • Should possess a Business Administration or HR degree and have extensive working experience in HRMS and Payroll domains. • Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL will be required. • Excellent working knowledge of the HRMS self service modules. Specific Job Outline (Information for the candidates) The candidate will be responsible for functionally and technically supporting the Oracle R12 HRMS post implementation support from the external consultants for client and its subsidiaries. The candidate will also be responsible for mentoring the internal HRMS in a functional and technical capacity on Oracle HRMS. Justification Job Profile (Info For Candidate) The candidate is required to review the entire HRMS implementation and support the HR Team in regard to issues pertaining to HRMS module setup, transaction processing, reporting and queries. In addition, the candidate would also be required to assist in developing additional reports as required.
