Candidates should possess the followings skills
Should have 3-8 years of total IT experience.
Minimum 3 years on Oracle Apps 11i. (R12 will be good to have and an added advantage)
Should have thorough experience on PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms, etc.
Experience in SOA Technologies (10g, BPEL, BAM, ESB etc,) in addition to RICE is an added advantage
Should have thorough experience Integrating Oracle EBS with Fusion Middleware.
Client facing experience is an added advantage
Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
Should be BE / BTech / BCA / MCA / MCM / MTech/ Msc
Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Should possess team handling experience.
