Location: Bangalore Experience: 3 - 7 Years Job Description HRMS Functional Qualification: Any professional qualification (B Tech/MBA/ MCA and so on) or combination of B Tech with MBA would be fine. We can also consider non professional degree holders with relevant experience. Experience: Preferred to have Human Resource domain experience (2 Years). In the areas of: Payroll Compensation and Benefits Leave administration Policy administrations, Training and other human resource functions. Application: Worked in 2 or more of the following HRMS modules (2+ years): 1. Core HR 2. Payroll 3. SSHR 4. iRecruitment 5. OLM 6. Talent Management Basic SQL knowledge would be preferred. Versions: Experience in R12 (12.1.3) upgrade or support would be preferred.
