Dear Oracle Apps, We have an urgent requirement with one of our clients, into Oracle Consulting for the position of Functional Consultant - OM for Bangalore Location. The candidate will be deployed at the client place (client of our client, a CMM level 5 organization, US based MNC), on contract to hire, while he would be a permanent employee of our client. Kindly find the detailed Job Description as under: Experience: 6+ years Location: Bangalore Skills: Required • Experience with Oracle EBS 11i Order Management modules (OM, Advance Pricing, Shipping). • Strong knowledge of related application configurations and processes. • Proficiency with SQL based queries. • Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies. • Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives. • Experience with global implementations of Oracle EBS. Preferred • Experience with other Oracle EBS modules • Proficiency with MS Project/Visio. • Bi-lingual. • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines. • Ability to effectively lead and motivate small project teams. • Achieves results under limited direction. • Strong customer and results orientation. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Conflict resolution skills.
