*Should have minimum 5-9 years of experience in .NET C# 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0.
*Should have worked in Web services and ASP.NET.
*Should have experience in front end development skills (Java Script, Ajax, J Query, CSS)
*Should have SQL Server (2005/2008) database backend experience.
*Should have strong OO and Microsoft Technologies programming.
Good to have:
*Good to have experience in Silverlight, HTML5 and CSS3
*Good to have experience in WCF
*Good to have Test Driven Development and N Unit experience
*Good to have experience in source control (VSS, TFS)
