Requirement :
· Oracle Application Developer with excellent proficiency and experience in Reports development using Oracle Reports and XML Reports.
· Should be able understand the functional requirements, convert it into technical requirements, develop reports with complex layouts.
· Must be well versed with Custom reports development with .rdf and without .rdf. Generating reports output in Excel with complex grouping and formatting.
· Education : At least Bachelors in Science, Engineering
· Total Experience : 5+ years in IT Projects Support and implementations.
· Relevant Experience : 5 Years is must in Oracle Apps Implementation, Support projects with complex reports development

Requirement :

• Should have extensive knowledge of Oracle Apps Design, Development and Implementation methodology.
• Sound knowledge of Oracle Apps interfaces (Finance / Manufacturing) methodology and Extensive experience in Oracle Reports and forms customization. Oracle D2K (6i, 10g).
• Extensive experience in PL/ SQL , Procedures, triggers etc
• Should be able to support, guide technical team for resolution of issues.

2)Good understanding of Oracle EBS R12 Applications include. Financial Accounting Hub, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable and Cash Management. Design, configure, develop, test and implement new application packages, Troubleshooting knowledge and capability for Oracle EBS applications.
3) Functional Spec review and Tech Spec development including ability to identify alternatives to provide necessary functionality per requirements, making recommendations that best suit the business need and the long-term application strategy.
4) Fundamental knowledge on application tuning and performance improvements, Ability to converse with and resolve performance issues with Oracle DBA.
5) Follow good design practices to ensure application quality.
Should have 8-12 years of Oracle Applications in majority of the following functional tracks:
a. Sales and Distribution
b. Procurement
c. Manufacturing
d. Financials
2) At least one track hands on experience
3) Should have managed a minimum of 1-3 end to end implementations projects and other upgrade/support projects.
4) Very good knowledge of AIM methodology
5) Excellent at Change, risk and defect management
6) Excellent in Estimation preparation
7) Excellent at resource management and task allocation.
