Skill & Expertise ( Apps Tech Lead )
- Good understanding of domain
- At least 8 years of Oracle Applications experience including at least two year of team management/leadership
- Min -6 years of relevant exp Oracle Apps technical experience.
Must be very well conversant with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology)
Proficiency in SQL Plus, PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, Discoverer Reports, Oracle Workflow, SQL Loader,
Excellent sense of judgment to report and escalate issues to superiors in a timely manner
Self-motivated with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership and deliver agreed upon deliverables in a timely manner
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have Proven Experience with high levels of accountability; demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Should possess strong communication and client management skills.
