For client testimonials please visit www.magna.in JD for the REquirement: • Oracle Applications Technical Experience in HRMS Modules in at least two or more of the following Modules – HR, SSHR, OLM, Succession Planning, Payroll, Benefits, OTL • Strong experience with data conversions and interfaces in various HR modules • Passion to grow in the HR ERP space • Developing RICEW objects in Oracle Application Implementations, Reports, HRMS API Strategy, Oracle Application Framework, Fast Formulas & Workflows • Exposure or expertise in SOA, BPEL, ADF is a definite plus Technical HRMS Consultant • Good understanding of the Business Processes. • Ability to understand functional requirement and develop technical design. • Depth of knowledge in Oracle BI Reports, Oracle Application API's. • Understanding basic business processes.
