Soft Skills - * Ability to be proactive and Individually. * Ability to ask questions and feels comfortable asking questions in front of and to the client and co-workers. * Excellent ability to be a problem solver and not afraid to ask for assistance. * Ability to properly size up an application from a technical and testing perspective in order to give feedback on how and what to test. * Show enthusiasm for the job and provide feedback on the job when asked by the client. * Must feel comfortable interacting with the client one on one and in a team like environment.
