	Job Description:  As a Oracle Fin/SCM/HCM Consultant, you will be working on both offshore and onsite client projects which will involve Oracle implementations, Roll-out, Upgrades, Custom modifications, Product Development or Support.  You will be interacting with client to understand their business processes and map them to the Oracle Fin/SCM/HCM Products suite.  You should be able to identify gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps.  You will be responsible for successful implementation of the solution at the customer site. 	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, M.Tech - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, M.Sc - Any Specialization, CA - CA, ICWA - ICWA, CS - CS, M.Com - Commerce Overall experience of 4-12 Years with at least 4 Years experience in Oracle Applications 11i and R12  Hands on experience in Implementing and development on Oracle apps Functional or Technical Side  Good product knowledge  Should be aware of process & Organization structure in the Ongoing project  Should be available to travel onsite on Short/ Long term assignments.  Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.  Should have good experience in the following technologies for Technical candidates : PL/SQL, Forms,Reports, OAF, XML publisher, Workflow, Java  Should have good experience in the following technologies for FUNCTIONAL candidates : Setup, Dataflow, Tables, Interfaces,O2C/ P2P cycle, Flexfield  Good to have knowledge into Fusion technologies :ADF, BPEL, ODI  Strong team player so you leverage each others strengths.  You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams every hour.
