	Job Description
	Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing client/on-site team interaction and understand business requirements Set and manage client expectations for project output and timelines on an ongoing basis Lead a team in designing & executing analysis, interpreting results and generating Key insights Create / maintain overall project documentation including issue trackers / delivery trackers / resource utilization Should be able to work independently. Should be ready to travel to middle east countries.(Specifically to Saudi) Qualification Candidate should have a B com, ICWA and CA Inter Oracle Financial with 4-6 yrs of experience. Mandatory Skills:  Experience in India Localization Required Skills: Experience in Oracle applications with hands on experience in at least 1 to 2 full life cycle implementations. Ability to communicate personally and professionally with clients both verbally and written Strong problem solving and analytical skills Capable of working independently Collaborative, team player Familiar with information technology concepts like using MS office. Preferable Candidate with INV & PO Implementation experience in R12.
