Title Job Profile
Level -E Oracle Application's WMS consultant, specially Discrete and Process manufacturing. He/She should be able to setup Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Ware house Management and Manufacturing independently.
* Highly developed analysis and problem solving skills
* Positive customer facing attitude and good interpersonal skills
* Good understanding of business processes and flows
* Good application and systems understanding
* Capacity to quickly assimilate WMS solution elements
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Good exposure in R12
Experience
At least 3 to 4 years experience with Oracle implementing and supporting WMS and SCM modules. Good understanding of the Oracle database table structure and SQL query tool like TOAD. Knowledge and experience on Support-Works would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Defining Picking , Put away and Task Assignment rule in Warehouse Management
* Define Stragies and Business flow in Warehouse Management
* Defing Label setup , Label Assignment Rules in Warehouse Management
* Define Material Status control
* Assigning profile (WMS) Values for responsibility created and assigning responsibility to the user.
* Defining BOM parameters
* Define Department and department class
* Define resource and resource groups
* Define Bill and associating bills to routings
* Building and assigning work day calendar to organizations
* Define WIP parameters
* Define WIP accouting class
* Defing WIP profiles
* User training and trouble shooting in Move transactions, consumption posting and wip assy completions.
* Define quality collection plan, elements based on the user requirement.
* Define order management basic setups
* India Localization setups
* Translate the business needs into Technical and system specification.
* Preparation of user manual for the Modules such as INV(inventory), PO(Purchasing), BOM(Bill of Materials),WIP (Work in Progress), OM(Order Management) & WMS(Warehouse Management System)
* Doing the roll out for other organization as well as line of business
* Preparing the test scripts for INV, PO , BOM, WIP , OM and WMS
* Solving the real time problems INV, PO , BOM, WIP , OM and WMS
* Manage and Implement other ERP related projects (third party).
* Must worked in R12
* Must know new features available in R12 Manufacturing as well as WMS modules
* Documenting the setups based on the AIM Methodology.
