	Job Description
	Essential Job Functions:   *Conduct classroom training/virtual deep dive sessions on the functional, technical aspects of all company products to internal employees *Identify functional, technical training needs based upon feedback and needs *Conduct virtual training, Q&A sessions, workshops and virtual classes on best practices, on-board new hires or cross train employees on products *Develops new courses, workshops and virtual classes *Customize training course delivery to specific department training needs *Conducts analysis and development of custom training course materials, work with training designers, solution specialists to onboard new hires *Work closely with Engineering and Professional Services to stay abreast of all new product developments, customizations, and so on *Report on training progress, roll-out evaluations and measure effectiveness and impact of program *Create and update training certifications/assessment process and set up in the learning portal *Customer facing resource with experience in training delivery and in consulting roles would be a plus. *Manage customer learning portal as an administrator - Including responding to customer queries, course management and maintenance     Role:   Trainer/Faculty Role Category:   Other Industry Type:   IT-Software/Software Services Functional Area:   IT Software - Other Keywords:   Technical Trainer, SQL, Java, database, corporate trainer
	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:   *5+ years experience in delivering application software training and technical software training and/or technical knowledge of company products *Minimum Experience: 2+ years in classroom training *Knowledge of programming and scripting languages *Ability to take face-to-face training and deliver it in a virtual class format (using WebEx/Adobe Connect/ any web conferencing tools) *Ability to develop virtual classes for technical topics quickly *Software application development or hardware experience a must *Excellent communication skills *Able to work with a geographically dispersed team *A strong understanding of Internet and intranet architecture *Experience in database programming (SQL Server, Oracle, Java) *Experience with the following along with an ability to show examples of work: C++, HTML Tools, ASP, .NET, C#, SQL Server 2008, JavaScript, VB Script, Oracle, Java *BE/MCA Computer Science, or equivalent demonstrable experience
