As you know Capgemini happens to be amongst the TOP 5 Consulting group in the world with expertise in Technology and Consulting services. * Manager Level Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash with finance; Technical Leadership: * Should have hands-on experience in multiple full life cycle implementation experience in implementing Oracle Business Suite Order to Cash modules * Provide technical and delivery leadership to the program/project teams for Order to Cash and related modules. * Technology subject matter expert; able to provide and communicate complex technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial, business executives, and/or vendors. * Plan and lead e-biz Product thought leadership activities, related to O2C and other related modues and ensure successful initiatives. Non Technical Leadership: * Participate in high level, detailed design activities, guide development teams. * Coordinates and facilitates the architecture and design sessions with clients. * Works closely with client"s business and technical teams on the program from initial analysis through implementation and smooth transition to production support teams. * Needs to manage a customer with 100+ resources or a team of 50+ comprising of multiple customers. Responsibilities include: * Delivery and Operations responsibility for a team of 75+ people at offshore. * Responsible for project deliverables such as Architecture diagrams, Design documents customization, Migration, Process Mapping and Design as per the client"s IT standards. * Managing the client relationships along with onshore team. * Assisting Onshore teams with Sales Support/Solutioning/Estimates. * Working closely with the Service Line, Domains team, for add on services/offerings. * People Management Primary Skills: * Minimum 12 years of IT experience with 5 - 8+ years in designing, configuring, and delivering Oracle EBS Order to Cash modules. * A minimum of 3 years experience with business process components, module integration & client facing consulting engagements. * A minimum of 5 years functional experience within an IT environment. * A minimum of 5 years knowledge of designing different processes/solutions for various clients * Excellent knowledge in enterprise architecture as needed to support the Order to Cash implementation for EBS. * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining and supporting production Oracle EBS ERP environment for the Order to Cash track (Order Management, A/R, and Inventory). * Good knowledge and understanding the business models and work closely with end users to identify, recommend, and implement business process improvements. * Should have considerable experience in evaluating and advising on new enterprise financial business solutions as it relates to the Oracle suite of applications. * Working knowledge of query tool (PL/SQL, Toad, SQL Plus). * Good Knowledge of flex fields, workflow, setup and profile options. * Presales expertise/contribution in Oracle e-biz suite related to solution discovery, preparation, estimation and Orals. * Experience with the Agile development methodology is a plus * Experience in designing/developing, large-scale applications which span across multiple business units. * Should work at individual capacity managing customers of multiple projects - Strong exposure to Project Governance, Scope Management, and Planning and execution skills required, Project financials in a team size of 30-50 resources. . Nice to have: * Should have worked at onsite as Project Manager on at least 2 in multiple full life cycle implementation experience in implementing Oracle Business Suite Order to Cash modules. * Experience in working with global development teams and located in different time zones * Experience with the Agile development methodology is a plus. * Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash with SCM 1.
