People who meet our criteria will come from a large-scale offshore consulting and system integration background in India where services have been provided to either the US or European markets. The Oracle Business Intelligence Developer will have: * Have a thorough understanding of BI concepts and methods * Have a demonstrable track record of implementing corporate BI solutions based on Oracle data warehouses, Oracle BI EE and/or ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle Data Integrator and Informatica * Preferably have experience of large scale data warehouses (1TB plus) * Preferably have experience of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL * Preferably have experience of Oracle BI Applications (Siebel Analytic Applications) * An educational background focused on Computer Science or Business Studies * Exceptional communications skills in English Roles / Responsibilities: * Installation and configuration of Oracle BI EE (Siebel Analytics) infrastructure and software * Designing, building, scheduling and executing ETL processes using ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle Data Integrator and Informatica * Designing and implementing data warehouses using dimensional modelling techniques, i.e. star schemas * Data source and data quality analysis * User requirements analysis and definition * Designing and implementing BI metadata layers using Oracle BI Enterprise Edition * Design and development of end user presentation components such as Oracle BI Dashboards and Requests and BI Publisher * Performing technical reviews and QA of design and development performed by other team members The Oracle Business Intelligence Developer will be a member of the Information Management Practice and will report to the IM Practice Manager. As a member of the Pune office the Oracle BI Developer will receive some guidance from the local General Manager.
