Work Location: - Dubai Exp: 8+ Yrs Qualifications: • Bachelor in Engineering / Technology (B.E./ B.Tech) / Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) Desirable: ITILv3 (F) certified, PMP certified Domain Experience: Finance Desirable: Financials JOB PURPOSE: Service Delivery Management (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management) for Oracle ERP eBusiness Suite Financials Modules Job Description: a. Manage Oracle ERP Financials IT support and enhancement team b. Manage business stakeholders to the level of Business Support Group (BSG) Managers / Business Project Managers for day to day activities c. Prepare and manage budgets for support and enhancements d. Ensure Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Backlog Management Index (BMI) for incidents are met as per Emirates Group standards e. Coordinate with internal IT support teams for ongoing support f. Provide leadership to all direct reports and ensure development plans are created g. Provide reporting to senior management (Business and IT) on regular basis Desired profile a. Should have minimum 8 years of technical / functional experience in Oracle ERP eBusiness Suite Financials Modules (11i and R12) with at least 3 years of IT Service Delivery Management which includes incident management, problem management, change management and release management. b. Should have managed a team of at least 10-15 members. c. Must be familiar with Oracle AIM methodology, industry standard project management and development life cycles, and ITIL framework.
