Participate in review sessions to analyze business requirements and write design specifications 2. Develop and unit test applications according to technical design specifications 3. Provide enhancements for existing applications according to written specifications 4. Take part in code reviews of own work, and the work of others 5. Support application deployment to the QA and Production environments 6. Troubleshoot problems as needed in the QA and Production environments 7. Work with team members both on and off shore in a collaborative development environment 8. Mentor junior members of the team with the goal of improving their design and development skills 9.
