	Job Description
	Responsibilities: Adhoc support of in-house teams assisting with functional activities and 2nd/3rd line support. Issue gathering, functional set-up health checks, adhoc end-user training, assisting clients to maximise the full potential of module functionality as required, test and apply bug fixes, datafixes, logging and resolution of TARs, varying complexity of issues. Essential experience: Oracle Applications background with extensive experience, up to and including R12. Must have previously held key production support role Required Modules HR, Payroll, iRec, Self Service, GL, AP, AR, FA Upgrade and implementation experience Excellent verbal and written client facing communication skills Consultancy / Managed Services background Ability to write detailed technical reports as part of consultancy assignments. An Oracle enthusiast, who is going to keep up-to-date with the Oracle market. Flexibility to work on customer sites.
