Position: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant. Work Location:- Onsite Opportunity Middle East (Base locations: Ahmadabad or Pune) Experience:- 5 - 10 yrs Required Skills Role Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant (FC) Skills : Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with at least 4 Years relevant with 4 application implementations * Has solid experience in implementing Core HR, HR Self-Service, Payroll, PMP - Talent Management, i-Recruitment , OLM and etc. (at least two of the above modules in line with the requirement * Ability to write basic SQL for reporting metrics and excel utilities * Years of Experience * At least 4 years HRMS implementation * Role Description * Translate functional Specification to technical specification for customization or Report writing * Gather business requirements by liaison with business owners thru" structured workshops * Build CRP Scenarios * Develop Prototype and present to Key user community for solution sign-off * Design and develop solution setup * Develop Training Material for both Key users and Ends users * Conduct Training for user adoption * Develop & Design Payroll Elements, Costing & Fast Formulas * Provide specifications to technical consultants in customization * Validate system functionality and develop test scripts * Perform functional test and technical testing * Conduct UAT * Plan the go-live activities * Perform solution rollout * Complete functional documentation and handover to Service * Perform Post-go-live support activities * Other Project related functional tasks as requested by the Project Management * Provide fixes to functional issues. * Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with at least 4 Years relevant with 4 application implementations * Has solid experience in implementing Core HR, HR Self-Service, Payroll, PMP - Talent Management, i-Recruitment , OLM and etc. (at least two of the above modules in line with the requirement * Ability to write basic SQL for reporting metrics and excel utilities If you are interested pls forward your updated profile as soon as possible with below details: 1.
