As an initiation to R12 upgrade sending you the requirement details for a Business Analyst Associate for Business requirement gathering w.r.t R12 upgrade new functionality.
Please find the BA Role and expected skill set details:-
* The BA should be able to demonstrate changed features from 11.5.10.2 to R12 to business users
* The BA should be able to educate and advise business users, regarding the changed functionality of R12 w.r.t existing functionality and the process gaps.
* Prepare Business requirement document after discussing with users w.r.t changed features and functionality of R12 upgrade.
* The BA should be able to advise if new any new functionality will help business users to empower their business process.
* Provide solution to existing pain areas of Business w.r.t existing modules of ERP applications.
* Also guide Technologies team, how to process on upgrade path with his assessment.
* The BA should be at least 9-10yrs of Experience in Oracle Applications (Finance, HRMS) with 2 or more Implementation or Upgrade Project Experience for R12. He should be more functionally strong.
* He should be having strong knowledge in functionally on modules like Payables, Purchasing, Assets, General Ledger, Cash management, Financial Intelligence and HRMS (HR, Payroll, Self-service, DBI) with in depth knowledge of R12 upgrade.
Joining Time : 15 days to 1 Month.
Location : Bahrain
Project Duration:3 months renewable
