Additional- Preferred Skills: * Exposure or expertise in APPS Framework is a MUST for one of them, SOA, BPEL, ADF is a definite plus Role Title (please specify if technical or functional): Technical HRMS Consultant Key Job Description/ Responsibilities: * Good understanding of the Business Processes. * Ability to understand functional requirement and develop technical design. * Depth of knowledge in Oracle BI Reports, Oracle Application API"s. * Understanding basic business processes.
