Should have good knowledge on Java, J2EE, PL-SQL, Oracle Applications, AOL,Advanced PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, Performance Tuning, Oracle D2K, OracleApplications 1-3 years experience in OAF with good Java background and supporting implementation experience,D2K Forms and Reports. Should have good functional knowledge of the modules being implemented using OAF,reporting requiremets,standard forms. Good communication skills are must. Able toanalyse, design and implement solutions using OAF,forms are reports requirements. Should have very good knowledge on the features and limitations of the technology and ways to overcome it. Able to direct team members and programmers towards the common solution,visualize the business scenarios and communicate the same with the programmers and communicate with the customers for requirement elicitations.
