Experience Level: 3-8 yrs Job Location: Pune Skills :* For Payroll / HRMS functional 1. Employee Self Service 2. Manager Self Service 3. Core HR 4. Succession Planning 5. Performance Management 6. Absence Management 7. iRecruitment 8. Oracle Learning Management 9. Employee Relationship 10. HR Analytics 11. Participated in Gap analysis 12. Creation of functional design documents with proposed Solutions for the identified gap 14. Creation of integration test scripts 15. Perform integration / system testing 16. Experience in R12 17. Carry out setups 18. Good understanding of process flow 19. Domain experience will be an added advantage 20. Aware of AIM or any equivalent implementation methodology 21. Knowledge of UK Legislative specific Payroll processes will be an added advantage 22.
