Job Description
The Senior TechnicalRecruiter (US) will be responsible for securing appropriate candidates for open contractual and full time positions in SAP. He/she will work in close partnership with the SalesManager/s to meet client fulfillment targets.
He/she will work out of our Hyderabad Offices and will be expected to work US business hours (Central Time).
Desired Skills & Experience
o Been around: Must have worked in similar position for a minimum of three -five years.
o Technology Focus: Must have worked extensively on SAP recruitment in the US.
o Networked: Should be adept at developing reliable sources for resumes by building trusted relationships with vendors and candidates.
o NetSavvy: Should be an expert at using internet (Job Portals, Search Engines and Social Networking) to search and source profiles in quick time.
o Negotiation Skills: Should be knowledgeable of prevalent rates for candidates based on their skills and experience.
o Quality Conscious: Should constantly strive to improve resume quality by improving the understanding of the technicalities of the role. Should develop and demonstrate the ability to understand exactly what the customer is looking for and meet the same.
o Organized: Constantly strive to add to the companys consultant database.
Work Timings:
Should be willing to work in 7pm -4am IST.
