Job Description We are seeking to fill a Managerial Position for our Recruitment Team that works in tandem with our US Sales Team/Hiring Managers to fill internal and client contract staffing positions. This position will be based out of Hyderabad. The candidate: Will be required to manage a team of high performing recruiters/resource managers working on US Contract Staffing Positions; Will front end with key vendors and build sustainable and meaningful relationships; Will front end with Hiring/Account Managers (internal customers) to understand and meet expectations Will possess the following experience/traits/competencies: i. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills to be able to build and nurture the team; ii. Persuasion and negotiation skills to be able to manage day-to-day situations/challenges that come with the job; iii. The need to be able to motivate the team being managed, to be able to sell possible solutions to the hiring managers and come out with a win-win solution with the vendors require exceptional interpersonal skills; iv. Significant experience in identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels is a must; v. Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. vi. IT Savvy: Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, Internet sourcing tools, and complex spreadsheets; vii. Track record of having worked and the inclination to work in the graveyard shift (between 7.30 PM through 4.30 AM Indian Standard Time) is essential for this role. Qualification i. Over three years experience in a similar position and over five years overall experience; ii.
