* Oracle 9i/10G Feature (basic concept wise).
* Experience or at least knowledge of 11G.
* Experience in Performance tuning.
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience with Relational data modeling and Object Oriented Design concepts
* Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Relational databases.
* Good knowledge of HTML and Java Scripting.
* Proven track record for delivering large scale products and applications under severe time pressure and with high quality
* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Understand application features & functionality
* Create functional and design specs & implementation approach
* Develop application modules & extensions using our EPM platform & demos
* Configure apps
* Responsible for design, development & quality issues
