Requirement #1: Oracle R12 - SCM - Inventory, Purchasing & Order Management Requirement #2: Oracle R12 - Discrete Manufacturing / Process Manufacturing / Line Manufacturing / Flow Manufacturing Role: 1. Should have very strong Product knowledge in SCM / Discrete Manufacturing / Process Manufacturing / Line Manufacturing / Flow Manufacturing Modules. 2. Should have experience in at least Two to three Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements). 3. Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements. 4. Should have knowledge of Raising Service Requests and bringing them to Closures. 5. Should be able to Design RICE components. 6. Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process. 7. Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies and Process. Job Description: 1. Understand customer business pain points and business processes. 2. Create As-Is business processes of customer. 3. Participate in designing To-Be Business processes of customer. 4. Map to-be business processes with Oracle Enterprise Applications/modules. 5. Create business requirements & functional specifications, Design RICE components. 6. Build CRPs / Proof of Concepts (POCs) for project. 7. Create test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them . 8. Participate in development of System testing & User Acceptance Test plans. 9. Build User Manuals / Guides. 10. Contribute to Knowledge Repository. 11. Conduct end user training (of clients) 12. Participate in training initiatives and become teacher 13. Explore and experiment with new versions, new features of enterprise applications. 14. Participate in designing solutions for Request for Proposals (RFPs) 15. Excellent communication skills.
