Job Description : Experience Range : 5 + Years Work Location : Pune Oracle Applications Techno Functional Consultant Desired Candidate Profile & Skills: * Overall 6-8 Years of experience in techno functional role supporting as many of the below Oracle eBS modules o Oracle Financials (AP,AR,GL and FA) o Oracle HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) o Distribution (OM, Advanced Pricing, Service Contracts, Purchasing) o Oracle SCM Modules like OM,INV,PO,BOM o Project Accounting o CRM * Strong skills with PL/SQL development, OA Framework for RICEW/CEMLI & Workflow Components, XMLP * Oracle R12 Experience is a must * Experience on Oracle SOA/Fusion development & Oracle ERP (e-Business Suite) integration is a definite plus * Experience of one or more R12 Upgrade is a definite plus * Experience on Implementations, Rollouts & Support Roles Role And Responsibilities: As a Techno-Functional Consultant, the candidate would take up the support & ownership of setting up, maintenance & enhancements of the Company"s ERP system for the identified modules. The position calls for providing Project Management Support to Upgrade, Enhancement & Implementation efforts taken up. The position involves interacting with application users for problem analysis and resolution of business issues on a day-to-day basis, working with Oracle Support to effectively enter and manage the resolution of SRs The candidate should have good communication & co-ordination skills, with strong analytical & problem solving abilities. Educational Requirements: Graduate Degree/ qualification in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience.
