| | The engineer will be involved in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance of SumTotal's learning management system, TotalLMS. He/she will work closely with the core development and QA teams. The broad areas of focus will be to design, implement and integrate customer requirements into the main product.
Essential Functions
The engineer must be able to work collaboratively with our offices across the globe and take enough initiative to solve a problem in the area of his/her ownership and beyond.

| | | Education: | | (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course, Post Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) | Candidates must possess the following skills:
* A strong understanding of Internet and intranet architecture
* Experience in database programming and building web applications with database connectivity
* Experience with HTML tools, ASP, JavaScript, VB Script, .Net technologies, SQL Server7.0/2000 and Oracle are required
* Ability to contribute individually and work well with minimal supervision
* Ability to work well with a team, work optimally under scheduled deadlines, and have passion for delivering high quality output
* Good problem solving skills
* BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
