Role : Manager IT - GAMS COE ERP operations
Role Summary/Purpose
* Lead a team of Oracle ERP Technology Leaders and provide guidance across a wider range of tools and technologies.
* Provide leadership for the technical and application support of Oracle ERP and the modules supporting the Healthcare IT manufacturing and financial business processes. Meeting SLAs & driving flawless execution are key to the success in this role.
* Provide IT Technical Leadership for Oracle ERP Instances, including but not limited to programs, Root Cause fixes & Long-term system stabilization.
* Work closely with Instance Owners, Business Applications CoE & CIO teams to ensure support is sustainable for all projects/enhancements moving into production. Track the progress of projects & ensure smooth transition to support with all approval requirements in place according to GAMS processes.
* Effectively work on technical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and solutions with architects and support leaders.
* Maintains peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, COE,etc) to support effective implementations
* Analyze patterns in incoming production issues & identify root cause issues. Drive solutions to prevent incidents.

* Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
* Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
* Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
* Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable
* Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications
* Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction

Qualifications/Requirements
* Strong technical experience in Oracle ERP Application development and maintenance.
* Minimum ten years of IT development & maintenance experience or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams with direct reporting relationship
* Experience with process quality methodology
* Be conversant with Incident management processes.
* Familiarity with Manufacturing and Finance areas are a must.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical, creative and business focused problem solver.
* Demonstrated leadership in all areas of business analysis, including client interaction, process design, requirements management and functional design
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff.
* MCA or BE, B Tech / BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent .
* Degree in Functional areas like Production Management, Inventory Management/Planning with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on functional experience in the same field.
Desired Characteristics
* 3 years" experience as a Business Analyst managing requirements and high-level functional design
* Green Belt certified
* Lean experience
* PMP / ITIL certified
* Experience in Healthcare industry
