Experience : 5-10 Yrs * Should have Product knowledge of all FIN Modules (GENERAL LEDGER, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ASSETS AND CASH MANAGEMENT Modules). Mandatory Modules * GENERAL LEDGER, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ASSETS AND CASH MANAGEMENT Desired Modules * iExpenses, iReceivables, Advanced Collections, Property Manager, Treasury. * Should have experience in at least Two to three Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements). * Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements. * Should have knowledge of Raising Service Requests and bringing them to Closures. * Should be able to Design RICE components. * Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process. * Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies and Project Manegement. * Understand and analyze customer business pain points and business processes * Create As-Is and best-in-class To-Be Business processes of customer * Map the To-Be business processes with Oracle Enterprise Applications * Use Business Process Management (BPM) tools to create Level 0- Level 3 process maps * Create business requirements & functional specifications for different functions * Build complex CRPs / Proof of Concepts (POCs) * Conduct workshops with customers * Make presentations/demos/POCs to customers & stakeholders * Create test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them * Participate in development of System testing & User Acceptance Test plans * Build User Manuals / Guides * Conduct end user training (of clients) * Help in resolving functional/configuration issues in different projects * Should participate in Project reviews and Program Management meetings. * Architect solutions. · Min 1 OR 2 -R12/R11 support projects Total IT experience : Total experience in Relevant : Type of Employment (Permanent / Contract) : Current Company: Current Location: Preferred Location: Current CTC : Expected CTC: Notice period: DOB: Availabilty for F2F on 29th June 2013: Meanwhile please let me know if your friends or colleagues are looking out for a change.
