Over 5-8 years experience in Oracle Applications Testing Projects. Hands on experience in Oracle R12 Product families such as Oracle Financials, Oracle Supply Chain Management, Oracle HRMS, Oracle MDM etc. 2. Proficient in core ERP business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report etc. 3. Exposure to different kinds of testing activities such as Functional, Integration, End to End testing, Regression testing etc. 4. Open to work in global delivery model, able to lead a team of particular track and be responsible for the deliverables. 5. Good Communication & interpersonal skills, ability to understand client requirements and create good rapport with client 6. Responsible for Test Plan, Test Design (Test scenarios, Test cases / Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Deliverables. 10yrs to 14yrs: Test Consultant L5.1- Oracle Applications R12 ERP 1. Over 8-10 years experience in Oracle Applications Testing Projects. Hands on experience in Oracle R12 Product families such as Oracle Financials, Oracle Supply Chain Management, Oracle HRMS, Oracle MDM etc. 2. Proficient in core ERP business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report etc. 3. Strong Expertise in different kinds of testing activities such as Functional, Integration, End to End testing, Regression testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Data Conversion etc. 4. Open to work in global delivery model, able to lead a team of particular track and be responsible for the deliverables. 5. Good Communication & interpersonal skills, ability to understand client requirements and create good rapport with client 6. Responsible for Planning, Execution and Monitoring and Controlling of multiple projects. Strong Change Management and Risk Management experience would be preferred.
