	Job Description
	Overall responsibility: This position will be responsible for doing analysis, design, development, implementation and support of Oracle Applications customizations. The position requires interaction with users and the technical team to do technical analysis and development in Oracle Applications Release 11.5.10 now and Release 12 later. Skills & Experience Required: 5-7 years of business-related experience Diversity of functional business experiences (i.e., Finance, Operations, Order Management, CRM) 3+ years of technical experience with Oracle Applications 11i - implementations 3 years of experience in systems analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle Understanding of, and experience with SQL tuning in Oracle 11i Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Necessary Oracle Application Development experience in PUSQL, SQL*Plus, Oracle Forms/ Reports, Bl Publisher, Workflow, Oracle Application Framework. Knowledge of Java, PVCS and Kintana, SOA Gateway/Suite will be a plus. Knowledge of Noetix and/or OBIEE a plus. Alternatively experience with business intelligence applications such as Cognos or Business Objects is also beneficial Proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications Motivated and competent to contribute time and effort to work assigned Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment as requested. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
