We are looking for Oracle Apps Finance , SCM Consultants for Hyderabad, PFB the job description: Oracle Finance * Should have Product knowledge of all FIN Modules (GENERAL LEDGER, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ASSETS AND CASH MANAGEMENT Modules). Mandatory Modules * GENERAL LEDGER, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ASSETS AND CASH MANAGEMENT Desired Modules * iExpenses, iReceivables, Advanced Collections, Property Manager, Treasury. * Should have experience in at least Two to three Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements). * Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements. * Should have knowledge of Raising Service Requests and bringing them to Closures. * Should be able to Design RICE components. * Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process. * Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies and Project Manegement. * Understand and analyze customer business pain points and business processes * Create As-Is and best-in-class To-Be Business processes of customer * Map the To-Be business processes with Oracle Enterprise Applications * Use Business Process Management (BPM) tools to create Level 0- Level 3 process maps * Create business requirements & functional specifications for different functions * Build complex CRPs / Proof of Concepts (POCs) * Conduct workshops with customers * Make presentations/demos/POCs to customers & stakeholders * Create test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them * Participate in development of System testing & User Acceptance Test plans * Build User Manuals / Guides * Conduct end user training (of clients) * Help in resolving functional/configuration issues in different projects * Should participate in Project reviews and Program Management meetings. * Architect solutions. Oracle SCM Should have very strong Product knowledge in SCM Modules Mandatory Modules Inventory, Purchasing , Order Management, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Services Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Advanced Pricing for Purchasing, Advanced Pricing for Order Management, Desired Modules Landed Cost Management, Warehouse Management, MSCA, EAM, Configurator, Asset Life Cycle Management, E-Records, Quality, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Sales Contracts, Order Information Portal,Cost Management, Any Manufacturing modules either discrete/OPM/Flow/Line manufacturing.
