Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements. Should have knowledge of Raising Service Requests and bringing them to Closures. Should be able to Design RICE components. Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process. Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies and Process.
