Techno-Functional - SCM Overall Responsibility: This position will be responsible for carrying out Functional Support for the Production Performance team of Company Process Management LLP - System Delivery. Requires expert skills in Investigation understand the functionality of new and existing EBS components (custom and standard), the ability to recommend and implement functional process tunings as well as test plan design and test data creation. Strong communication and project management skill is a plus. Skills and Experience Required: Functional experience and detailed understanding of the following Oracle Applications modules in Release 11i OM, Inv, PO, Adv Pricing, Configurator, i-Proc, OIC, i-Supplier. Functional knowledge of WIP, BOM will be ad added advantage. ï§ 5 years experience with Oracle ERP, at least 3+ years experience with Oracle 11i, E-Business Suite in a Global Supply Chain environment ï§ Working knowledge of Oracle Configurations/ setups for 11i E-Business Suite; functional module setups; profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces. ï§ Development experience in Oracle Reports, Forms and PL/SQL. ï§ Ability to understand the functionality of existing components and carry out functional testing for such components. If needed coordinate with users to understand/ conduct functional testing ï§ Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional material to end users and management. ï§ Define future business processes around Oracle Finance modules. ï§ Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications. ï§ Experience with Full Systems Development Life Cycle ï§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ï§ Self Motivated / Team Player ï§ Ability to work in a demanding user environment. ï§ Educate business users ï§ Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Solid analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills. ï§ Provide guidance in data preparation and migration. ï§ Work with Technical support on SR resolution Qualifications: BE/ B. Requires expert skills in Triage, Investigation, problem resolution and Communication Skills & Experience Required: Implementation experience and detailed understanding of the following Oracle tools in connection with Oracle Release 11 SQL, PL/ SQL, D2K, Discoverer, Workflow, Jet Forms, Toad, Unix Shell Scripts, JVMs, Java, PVCS, Kintana, XML Publisher. 3-5 years experience with Oracle ERP, at least 3+ years Experience with Oracle 11i E-Business Suite in a Technical environment. Working knowledge of Oracle Configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex- fields, functional module interfaces. Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate Technical material to peers and management. 3 years of experience in System Analysis. Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding & interpreting requirement specifications. Able to effectively work with users at all levels Team player Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Solid analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills. Provide guidance in data preparation and migration Work with Oracle Technical Support or SR resolution Diversity of functional business experiences (i.e., Finance, Operations, Order Management, CRM) Qualifications: BE/ B.
