JD:
* Primary Skills: o PeopleSoft-Financials
* Secondary Skills: o PeopleSoft-PeopleTools, o PeopleSoft-Financials-Procure to Pay,
o PeopleSoft-Financials-Record to Report,
o PeopleSoft-Financials-General Ledger
* Must to have: ( Could be primary skill and other technical skill required )
o Should have at least 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft in role of developer, lead, techno-functional developer/consultant o Should have good technical and functional experience, have done fit/gap analysis, CRP and requirement discussion with client teams
o Expert in PeopleTools, App Engine, People Code and SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker,
o Sound knowledge of data structures of PeopleSoft Financials Modules - Records, Pages, Components, Menus
o Should have experience in new designing / development, modifications / medium to complex customization (Online pages, App. Engines o Should have experience in data conversions, defining strategy, implementation o Should have knowledge of any of the PeopleSoft Financial modules, end to end process flow
o Should have good understanding of SDLC processes, different stages of development, testing, Project Management
o Good Communication skills and ability to interact client teams, worked in onshore/offshore model, good team player
o Should have experience of working in at least 2 end to end PeopleSoft implementation and 1 PeopleSoft support project (latest versions), upgrade will be nice to have
