Job description : Detailed Requirement: o Must have working knowledge on web application. o Knowledge of Struts. o Must have working knowledge of PL/SQL and its collaboration with java code o Good Communication and presentation skill o Understanding of Debugging mechanism o Monitor trouble ticket queues & Resolve the trouble tickets o Understanding of Unix. o Readiness to work in 24*7 shift o Learn and follow all Methodologies, Standards and Guidelines and Tools and Techniques o Participate in testing of application patches o Report status to Service Manager against the assigned work plan o Participate in process improvement and defect prevention activities o Oracle certified for PL/SQL o PCW (TM) o Positive attitude and willingness to put that extra effort to exceed expectations o Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously balancing work with high priority requests.
