Listed in Stock Exchange 2000+ Employees Job Description * 7.0+yrs exp in Oracle SCM. * Should be 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Install Base and Service Contracts environment is very mandatory. * Experience working in an enterprise software organization * Strong working knowledge of Oracle order management, IB, Service contracts, customer and pricing functionality * Data flow into various Oracle Application modules post order booking as well as knowledge of data manipulation impacts within Oracle as well as on peripheral applications integrated with Oracle. * Hands on functional understanding on Oracle and other tools like customer portal, salesforce.com, etc. * Must have exposure and experience on identifying proactive measures to evolve support team. * Experience in working with multiple business and IT group to coordinate certain tasks.
