We are currently involved as system integrators for One Shield, Insurity, Duckcreek, Camilion and AQS implementations for several Property & Casualty Insurance / Life Insurance / Health Insurance carriers including Banking and Finance Verticals. Experience: 7 to 9 years Job Location: Hyderabad. Note: we are looking for Technical Lead role in Microsoft Technologies (C#.Net). Job Profile * Responsible for requirements, design, development, testing, requirement collection, feasibility analysis, and review to automate processing and improve existing computer systems. * Interact with customers as required for requirements clarification/ issue resolution. * Independent design of modules/components/entire small project. Develop requirements and design using Rational, Erwin and other tools. * Perform database design for different databases in web and mainframe applications like SQL Server 2000 / MySQL * Complete Delivery and Quality Ownership of projects (including coordination of testing activities - QC & QA) * Lead a small team & support Team Building activities (Interviewing, mentoring, etc) * Building technology expertise in line with VAM requirements * Ability to work independently and/or in a team * Strong work experience in server technologies including C#, WCF Services, LINQ, Entity Framework and XML * Good understanding of overall Microsoft technologies and architecture [ASP.NET, VB.NET] * Knowledge of .NET 3.5 frameworks and also in .NET 4.0 Framework is a plus * Knowledge of MS SharePoint portal is a plus but not mandatory * Knowledge of ISO/ CMM/CMMI processes is a plus * Extensive design and development skills, as well as , strong presentation, communication and organization skills * Excellent documentation skills especially writing software specification documents Interested can rush in their resumes to shaik.shahameer@valuemomentum.biz. 1.
