Should have experience in using AIM methodology during earlier implementations. Candidate should have strong experience in technical designing, development and testing. Candidate should be willing to work in Doha and specifically candidate should have strong experience in Developing and testing AMEs, Workflows in HRMS module. Resource Requirement-2 Role : Functional Consultant - HRMS Location: DOHA Resource Deployment Plan: Resource required by AUG 21st. Job Description: Should have minimum of 5 years functional experience in Oracle HRMS (R12).Candidate should have atleast 1-2 implementation life cycles. Candidate should be able to communicate solution to the business and technical people. Candidate should be willing to work in Doha and candidate should be able to understand and setup the new Work Structure of the customer, should be able to test all HR business processes including all the existing approval processes thru AMEs/Workflows.
