Candidate Profile:
*Excellent working experience in Oracle Apps HRMS modules- Core HRMS, Advanced benefits, Performance Management, Compensation Workbench, Absence Management etc.
*Prior implementation experience
*Provide new features of R12 and according to requirement suggest new approach.
*Should be experience in Offshore/Onshore coordination
*Requirement analyses for all ERP enhancement projects and preparing test plans
Pre-requisites:
* Minimum of 3 to 10 years exp
* Good communication skill
