Exp: 4yrs to 8yrs
Oracle Fusion Middleware professional.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
*Excellent domain knowledge and business process knowledge
*Excellent technical skills in Fusion technologies
*Exposure to support projects
*Assists team lead in analyzing requirements, change request, does impact analysis, and provides estimation. Initiates change requests
*Good hands-on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverable and guide/mentor junior team members effectively
*Communicates effectively with team members and client. Presents and discusses work results clearly
*Defines/Assists in designing project-specific templates. Prepares/guides and ensures that team follows the specifications/standards/guidelines/design
*Reviews the specifications, documentation, test cases/scripts, and also gets it approved by team lead/client
*Recommends best method and tools to improve process
*Extensive use of Peoplesoft Application Engine and SQR for reports, Data Manipulation, System Interfaces
*Worked on specifications and produced documentation for implementation of PeopleSoft modules
*Willingness to work in rotational shifts
*Having experience in support would be an added advantage
Key skills required are as follows:
*This would be a typical fusion middleware developer role - they should be familiar with creating/developing/troubleshooting BPEL and ESB-based integration as well as SQL knowledge
*Some light admin experience for troubleshooting issues through the console would be helpful (e.g., checking errors, payloads, etc.)
*The troublesome part comes in on the WebCenter and JDE/BSSV developer roles.
