SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Â* 2 years of hands on experience with web center
Â* Good experience in Java / J2EE,
Â* Good experience in Webcenter Portal or ADF Framework, JDeveloper
Â* Analyzing user requirements, prototyping processes, and designing process solutions.
Implement process, business logic, and process transitions through ADF and SOA Suite application development.
Â* Web Content Management development (Static/Dynamic delivery of content-centric websites)
Â* Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, applications, architecture, and integration.
Â* Perform diagnostic analysis of test results and deliver solutions to critical areas.
Â* Run and monitor performance/integration/unit tests on new and existing applications for the purposes of correcting mistakes, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
Â* Develop an awareness of process, programming, and design alternatives.
Â* Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of business process and application development best practices.
Â* ECM background: Document Management, Records Management, Imaging, Digital Asset Management
