Required Skills: -
* Oracle Application implementation experience in at least 1 end-to-end project implementation experience and knowledge of integrated Oracle end-to-end business process.
Financials - AR, AP, GL, FA, CM, PA.
SCM - INV, PO, BOM, WIP, OM, PP
* Sound functional and business process conceptual skills
* Good Verbal & Written communication Skills
* Cross functional ability (Financials consultant having perspective of SCM and a broad understanding technical aspects like API's, table structures etc.)
* Ability to absorb and assimilate diverse domain parameters and relate them to the solution on hand
* Appreciation of IT knowledge and relate them to context in solution presentation instances
* Perseverance and positive attitude to put in extended hours of work, when required
* Ability to work to plan and meet timelines; Should be responsive
* Team worker
* Documentation & Presentation capabilities
* Implement functional solution for a specific area - financials, SCM etc., considering the product depth and relevance to the client processes
* Identify requirements and convert them into solution design
* Facilitate design/solution work shops
- Deploy appropriate functionality for effective solution based on the business process design
* Maintain continuous updation of knowledge on product functionality, new features, related modules etc., on a pro-active basis
* Plan schedule and achieve them given the relevant/ required operating environment and interfaces with other modules
* Interact with relevant contacts - Oracle Support, client business team, internal consultants, etc., as Deloitte representative and ensure implementing an optimal solution
* Perform the necessary steps as required on a client engagement which may include requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, instance configuration, business process testing, support, documentation etc.
* Interact with the client, lead consultants, managers and senior managers for project status reporting etc.

Education: BE, B.Tech, MBA, ICWA, CA, MCA, MTech, MS
