JD :
The project is implementation of Oracle Asset Tracking and modification of their current processes of acquisition and handling of assets. The proposed solution involves implementation of Asset Tracking module, modifications in business process of Purchasing, Inventory, Payables and Fixed Assets. It also involves development of a custom bolt-on solution based on OAF for Asset maintenance transactions.
Scope: The scope would cover all processes in Asset Tracking, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Inventory and Cost Management modules covering the following:
1. Identify and define process changes in Fixed Assets, Purchasing and Payables;
2. Configure, Test, run CRP and implement the process changes as per sign-off document;
3. Test custom bolt-on of Asset Tracking to ensure all the accounting cycles are as per the design document; Ensure that all accounting entries are correctly generated;
4. Prepare BP-80, MD-50 documents for To Be process and custom components
5. Resolve CRP gaps;
6. Configure UAT instance, assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues;
7. Configure Production Instance;
8. Handle post Go Live Issues
Skill Set to be deployed: Oracle Financial Functional consultants having experience of over 3 years in implementations in Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA).
