Professional qualification
Work experience Should put in a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience (SA level) with experience in implementation and/or support of Oracle Applications ERP packages on site as well as remote functional support. Candidates with line experience in functional jobs, such as production planning, materials management, logistics planning, finance and audit, etc.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
* Implement or support functional solution for a specific area - Order to Cash Cycle considering the product depth and relevance to the client processes
* Identify requirements and convert them into technical design effectively using suggested process by software vendor
* Deploy appropriate functionality for effective solution based on the business process design
* Maintain continuous updation of knowledge on product functionality, new features, related modules etc., on a proactive basis
* Plan schedule and achieve them given the relevant/required operating environment and interfaces with other modules
* Interact with relevant contacts - Oracle support, client business team, internal consultants, etc., as Deloitte U.S. India representative and ensure implementing an optimal solution

* Experience in Oracle Applications ERP Financials, Distribution/SCM
* Strong conceptualization skills - with base appreciation of functional processes
* Deep product knowledge accumulated with involvement in on-site implementation of Oracle Applications ERP
* Diverse domain knowledge at an appropriate level and strong ability to gauge the dynamics within a short time to relate the solution offerings in a proper perspective and communicate the requirements effectively to functional team for effective solution configuration
* Ability to assimilate new functional processes and product features and translate them into concrete solutions and cascade to the delivery team through training, etc.
* Must have worked on OM Advance Pricing, AR, and shipping modules
* Ability to relate client requirements to Oracle Applications ERP solution in interaction with client business and Deloitte functional team
* Excellent presentation, documentation (deliverables), and communication skills
* Sound functional and business process conceptual skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Self-initiative and learning motive
* Cross-functional ability (Financials consultant having perspective of SCM as well as related technical aspects - APIs, table structures, etc.)
* Ability to absorb and assimilate diverse domain parameters and relate them to the solution on hand
* Appreciation of IT knowledge and relate them to context in solution presentation instances
* Perseverance and positive attitude to put in extended hours of work, when required
* Ability to work to plan and meet timelines; should be responsive
